I would like to sincerely thank all my international friends and professional contacts for their genuine interest in my debut novel AROMA, which is to be released in both Belgium and Holland by mid June 2022.
AROMA is written in Dutch
Although the story of Alba Amato is completely set in Italy – mainly in beautiful Venice – and although this novel is an ode to Italy and the Italian way of living, I have chosen to write the original version in Dutch, which is my native language after all.

The numerous personal messages I am receiving from all over the world, with the very straightforward question “when will the translation in my language become available?”, make me smile. It feels good to see that so many of you would like to read AROMA in English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, etc.
I can proudly tell you that we intend to work on it, although it may take a while 🙂
